Charity Domain Auction
WhyPark organized a 5-day charity domain auction in mid-December 2009. We'd like to thank everyone who donated domains, and Rick Latona who donated his new auction platform and services at Latonas.com.
At the close of the auction, the single highest bid from all auctions chose the charity to receive all net proceeds. The single highest bid was $775 for EquityFirm.com.
The Make-A-Wish Foundation was chosen as the recipient of the donation and we doubled the proceeds to $7,200 to allow for a child's complete wish to be sponsored.
